Currently we're looking for Tech Support candidates to work for one of the biggest retailers in the US. The Tech must be able to work overtime, weekends and various shifts.
Positions are 2nd, 3rd Shift and Weekends
Overview:
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
Works under immediate supervision.
Qualifications:
Entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Knowledge of commonly-used Tech Support concepts, practices, and procedures
Large retail chain experience researching and resolving issues a plus
Clarify and/or Remedy experience a strong plus
Experience closing tickets, attention to detail, driving to resolutions
Must be able to work overtime, weekends and various / rotating shifts
May require an Associate's Degree
