Senior Sales Analyst

Company Description Reporting to the VP, Mass Channel, you will provide strategic analysis, business reporting and project management at a field and executive level. You will require leadership in the development of high impact projects and field level reporting across all departments, ensuring agreement of deliverables and allocation of resources. You will develop relationships across all levels and geographies to maintain the cultural pulse of the our performance. Job DescriptionSTRATEGIC PLANNING & ANALYSIS Contribute to the development of long-term strategic missions, goals, and appropriate metrics across business segments Improve tracking and business metric dashboards Evaluate proper use and allocation of resources across our business segments and recommend solutions to increase efficiency. Engage and secure leadership partnerships both internally and externally Provide analyses of our goals; identify helpful and harmful factors contributing to their success Develop scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the LT and Sales teams in assessing national and regional performance. Oversee important projects with Regions to close opportunity gaps, implement trial programs to quickly test strategic direction. Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis. BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Promote collaboration and support performance across national accounts Work with department and headquarter leads to evaluate and improve current business and role processes and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements, automation, or new capability opportunities. Develop improvements to national accounts business projects and annual BP process to increase focus, efficiency, accountability and empowerment with the field and ensure agreement across all levels of the business Help identify performance gaps across the mass business and provide solutions to close gaps that increase efficiency Identify performance gaps across regions and provide solutions that increase efficiency. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Provide support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting results. Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs Develop project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet our standards. Qualifications 3
years experience in an analytical or project management role Experience in CPG marketing Understanding of business insights/ category management principles Experience using Retail Link, SAP Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Additional Information Our current Benefits include:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
