Summary:
Gelmart International - Logistics Analyst You will be interacting across many departments within the Company and partners outside the Company to plan and execute the logistics needs of the Company.
You will report to the Head of Operations and be located in Bentonville, AR.

The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for all freight from the time of container booking through arrival at the customer.
Coordinates upstream with the supply planning team and downstream with the account management team to determine lead time and warehouse placements for each of the seasonal programs.
Coordinates with our imports department and our outside third-party freight forwarder partner, Zen Cargo.
Works with Zen Cargo to improve visibility into the freight at all times in the shipment cycle.
Coordinates with the production team to ensure that all freight is being booked timely and helps determine the most efficient and economical mode of transport for the freight.
Monitors PO ship dates to determine that goods are to be shipped on time and calls out exceptions and helps to problem solve solutions to those exceptions.
Coordinates with our 3PL partners on both the West and the East Coasts to plan each season, both initial sets and replenishment flows, and ensures the execution of those plans.
Leads weekly meetings with the partners to determine if there are any exceptions and works to problem solve those exceptions.
Facilitates methods of tracking customer purchase orders from receipt through arrival at the customer and calls out exceptions to the account management team.
Ensures company is compliant with customers' requirements.
Monitors current and future inventory levels to determine that the Company is carrying the right amount of inventory.
Works with the account management team to sell off or donate older inventory.
Collaborates with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.

Qualifications:

You must possess the following - Bachelor's degree.
Master's is a plus.
Minimum of 1-3 years of related recent experience in logistics.
Experience in working with 3PL's and warehouses.
Fluency with commonly used software, e.
g.
Microsoft Office suite, ERP, Retail Link, etc.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English fluently, Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$48,000.
00 - $56,000.
00 per year
