Location Description:
The Post Consumer Brands sales office in Bentonville is in the heart of the Natural State, Arkansas.
Bentonville is also home to the Walmart home office, which this sales team primarily serves.
In addition to managing the relationship with Post's largest customer, the small, dedicated team also participates in several charitable and volunteer events throughout the year.
The team prides itself on winning together and working hard to meet goals, while celebrating wins.
Responsibilities:
The PCB Walmart team Sales Support Specialist will be expected to perform in a multi-tasked professional position that demands high energy, a positive attitude toward solving complex problems, high functioning skills in excel, and the ability get along well with others.
This position will directly work in support of the Customer Team and Team Vice President for Wal-Mart/Sam's Club business in a high turning category.
Responsibilities:
A primary point of contact for assigned Customers/Sales VP by territory Execute and maintain all office administrative responsibilities and communication Proven ability in meeting and event planning Schedule and manage off-site team meetings and assist with travel when needed Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Corporate sponsorship coordination Set up and prepare payment through TM1 database Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company Prepare reports, presentations and/or manuals for various meetings Ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance Work with cross-functional project teams that address specific, unique business needs Exceptional skill in creation of PowerPoint presentations and file management in Sharepoint Sales Reports and Analysis, Trade Show support, Pricing Tool support, Budgets Mgt support.
New hire on-boarding support and training Proactively identifies process/procedure problems, uses quick fix solution where appropriate and project approach where necessary, implements change, and communicates to Sales Team, and Post organization Schedule and facilitate weekly conference calls/MS Teams Various other business-related responsibilities
Qualifications:
BA in Business or related degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience Experience working cross-functionally across key shareholders Highly Organized and Detail Oriented Exceptional follow up skills Experience using WM Retail Link/Luminate is very helpful Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
