com) business, along with total business objectives (Core, Fresh, Physical Stores).
Works directly with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Supply, Category Leadership, Shopper Marketing, Digital CoA, Commercial, Legal, and other Mars segments.
Work closely with customer marketing and internal Brand stakeholders to ensure innovation pipeline is appropriate to what your customer base is requesting.

What are we looking for? Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 7 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry Experience working with a digital customer or agency Proactive and results-oriented with track record of success User of newer digital technologies and platforms Strong influencing, negotiation, business planning (JBP), customer penetration and communication skills are essential to this role.
Analytical experience working with Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, and retailer specific programs (ex.
Amazon Vendor Central) Preferred
Qualifications:
MBA 2 years of experience with Amazon customer management What would be your key responsibilities? Shared responsibility for the Amazon account P&L and implementation of the activity plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, trade & deduction management, collaborative Seasonal planning, assistance in digital marketing campaigns, and best-in-class product presentation with Digital Merchandisers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with buyers and senior management to ensure a long-term partnership that promotes sales growth and enables Mars Wrigley to hit/exceed sales and share objectives on the Amazon Core platform.
This role will lead in Annual Vendor Negotiations (JBP) with Amazon Core.
Shared responsibility to manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings.
Identify and communicate strategic portfolio and digital investment needs (e.
g.
customized SKU's) and required timing to accelerate growth at a rate faster than total Mars Wrigley.
This role will be instrumental in developing a sustainable eComm/Amazon specific item portfolio through cross-functional collaboration across brand teams, customer marketing, shopper, sales finance, supply, and more.
Improve operational efficiencies through catalog, portfolio mix, forecasting, order management, supply, and shopper marketing optimizations Lead periodic operational processes such as Integrated Business Process (IBP), finance QBR & total forecasting Data-intensive analysis to allow the retailer and internal teams to make decisions based on fact-based selling.
Analytical capabilities will be highlighted in this role Ideate, co-develop, and utilize new data-to-insights platform to streamline business operations across the P&L Alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders in the business e.
