Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 1 YEAR BANKING EXPERIENCE OR COMPARABLE CLERICAL OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIE Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must.
Knowledge of basic math and should have proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
Proven ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and manage peak periods of activity.
Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
Work in a team and demonstrate professional, positive, approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion.
Must have good Computer skills to allow you to use computers and related technology and learn quickly on bank operating systems.
Essential Functions:
This position is primarily tasked to provide administration and operations support to the loan processing operations of the company.
This person works closely with the Loan Administration Manager, and other Loan Administration Personnel as well as with Loan Officers and Loan Assistants in the organization.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The position will provide administrative support and technical assistance to the loan operations of the company, process paperwork, utilize the Bank's core, loan origination, and cold storage systems, complete general office/clerical duties, and provide assistance on any special projects.
Other Specific Duties include:
DAILY PMT PROCESSING NEW LOAN DOC PROCESSING RENEWALS DOC PROCESSING MODIFICATION DOC PROCESSING PARTICIPATION ACTIVITY PROCESSING ESCROW ACTIVITY PROCESSING COMPLETING FILE MAINTENANCE FOR LOAN ACCOUNTS LOAN UPLOAD AND REVIEW PAYOFFS/PAID LNS PROCESSING COMPLETING LOAN ADVANCES MONTH END ACCOUNT BALANCING Job Type:
