What you'll do at Position Summary What you'll do We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our dynamic and innovative team working on Aviation NextGen solution and Security E2E.
As an agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of agile methodologies and facilitating the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with a team of UI developers, backend development engineers, and DevOps and test automation engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery.

What you'll do:
Agile Methodology Implementation:
Lead the adoption and implementation of agile practices within Global Security and Aviation team.
Educate team members on agile principles, values, and ceremonies, and ensure consistent adherence to agile best practices Team Facilitation:
Guide and coach the team on effective collaboration, self-organization, and cross-functional teamwork.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Agile Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and track key agile metrics to monitor the team's progress.
Prepare regular reports and provide visibility into the team's performance and project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of priorities, and successful delivery of project objectives.
Actively engage stakeholders in the agile process and foster a collaborative and transparent relationship.
Continuous Improvement:
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Identify areas of improvement, suggest process changes, and drive the implementation of Agile best practices to optimize team efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Agile Coaching and Mentoring:
Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and practices.
Provide guidance and support to team members as they develop their agile skills and improve their understanding of agile principles.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, preferably in a data science environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies.
Certification as an agile Coach/Scrum Master is a plus.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and guide teams towards high-performance levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical solutions.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
