Summary:
As a Principal Product Manager with a specialization in Workday, you will lead the development and execution of innovative Workday product solutions, all while fostering a customer-centric approach.
Your unique combination of product management skills and Workday expertise will be critical in creating delightful experiences for our associates through our own native applications.
You will work closely with various teams to create product strategies, roadmaps, and deployment plans that align with our business goals and customers' needs.
What You Will Do:
Develop and own product roadmaps for complex Workday products, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the custom development of our Workday instance to create intuitive people experiences within our native applications.
Collaborate with talent acquisition, core HCM, compensation, talent management teams to ensure comprehensive integration and utilization of Workday.
Drive data-driven product decisions, monitor and evaluate results based on your deep understanding of Workday and its capabilities.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, proactively identifying needs, and designing scalable processes for Workday-related projects.
Harness your domain expertise in Workday to identify areas of innovation and drive initiatives across multiple subdomains.
What You Will Bring:
Strong skills in product roadmap development, competitive analysis, emotional intelligence, and relationship building.
Proficiency in Workday, product management, product strategy, acceptance testing, test and learn, value creation, and adaptability.
Solid foundation and practical experience with Workday, including custom development for creating personalized user experiences.
Expertise in managing Workday across multiple HR functions such as talent acquisition, core HCM, compensation, talent management.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, research for analysis activities, and modern industry practices and emerging trends.
Strong leadership, presentations, diversity awareness, positivity, and competitive analysis skills.
