Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role within the sales team and within the larger organization.
The person in this role is essential to the business relationship in that they are responsible for ensuring that all needs of the customer are met regarding product placement, set-up, tracking, etc.
Essential Responsibilities and Job Functions:
- Working closely with the key sales representatives for all duties associated with submitting product to Walmart buyers.
Details, samples and or cads.
Document those product details on the appropriate systems.
(PLM) - Work closely with the sales team to submit and document pricing and details on products for Walmart.
Costs submitted internally on ACI systems and the appropriate system for Walmart costing.
(QMS) - Work with the Walmart systems to complete item set-ups on all products that are purchased.
(Item 360) - Communication.
Manage all key information shared between ACI, our overseas offices and factories, Walmart GS (overseas) and Walmart US buying teams.
- Internal (ACI) system management with our overseas teams.
Space reservations, costing, booking of orders, details and tracking etc.
- Order management.
All the details on order placement, order revisions, EDI, ship date communications etc.

- Responsible for such other duties and assignments, which the Company deems appropriate.
These duties and responsibilities will vary in accordance with Company needs.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience - preferably 5
years Walmart Experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills.
Organization and attention to detail are essential.
Provide exceptional service and respond to customer needs with urgency.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven, with continual attention to business.
A deep understanding of Retail Link.
Experience with additional Walmart markets such as Canada, Mexico and Central America are a plus.
