Summary:
Responsible for providing critical analytical support to help drive net sales growth, market share, and customer development for Hershey's Salty Snacks business at Walmart and Sam's Club.
The Sr.
Sales Analyst will work closely with the Sales and Category Management team to develop insights and provide in-depth analysis that will guide the strategic direction of the Walmart Inc business.
This role will report directly to the Sr.
Director of Sales with a dotted line into the Salty Snacks category management team.
Responsibilities:
oResponsible for creating, maintaining, interpreting, and distributing all sales reporting.
oForecasting base & promotional businessoSeasonal and promotional sell thru tracking oWork with customer team on trade-spend & ROI analysisoMaster the use of customer data (Luminate, Madrid) to help guide an insights-driven approach at both Walmart and Sam's CluboUtilize syndicated and other 3rd party data sources to provide market and total category insightsoAbility to simplify data and create visual selling stories for both internal & external teamsoAnalytical support for annual planning process to include JBP's, Customer Meetings, Line Reviews, and internal planning meetings.
oSupply chain analytics related to understanding weeks of supply and inventory analysisoAssistance in writing seasonal and promotional order quantitiesoStrong business & financial acumenoAdvanced knowledge of Excel & PPT and overall proficiency in technical skillsoTeam player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
Qualifications:
oBachelor's Degree Requiredo2 years of CPG experienceoWillingness to work onsite out of the Bentonville sales office#LI-AM1 Recommended Skills Commercial Awareness Data Analysis Forecasting Market Share Microsoft Excel Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
