We have an immediate opening for experienced Service Manager for our Bentonville, AR store.

Responsibilities and Duties Manage vehicle service queue Provide service quotes to customers Assign/monitor workload of mechanics and technicians Oversee purchase/transfer of outside items Serve as liaison between customer and mechanics/technicians Perform duties of other shop personnel, including mechanics and technicians, as necessary Carefully inspect vehicles being serviced; notify salesperson if any additional services/products are needed Perform regular maintenance of equipment as directed Operate the machines and tools related to job responsibilities All other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Experience in auto repair required ASE certification preferred Strong communications skills Ability to explain complex repairs in layman's terms Compensation and Benefits Hourly wages plus incentive opportunities Ongoing training/education Paid holidays and vacation Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Employee-employer contributed 401k and more All applicants are subject to background screenings.
