Advise clients and team members on public affairs, public relations, and integrated marketing communications strategies for client campaigns Write and manage approvals for media materials, email pitches, news releases and other client-facing documents.
Manage relationships with clients, regional and trade media outlets Develop and implement campaign strategies and brand storylines while working alongside in-house production, design, media relations, plus the occasional freelancer, when needed.
Manage creative assets, designs, videos, and photography for strategic communications channels.
Direct digital and social media, influencer and other integrated communications and campaign strategies.
Manage all client workflows from ideation through reporting.
Understand what success looks like for each client's project and maintain high standards in stakeholder relations.
Ensure consistent framing of messaging.
Attend meetings online and in-person and manage client action items, events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Create project budgets and manage against assigned budgets.
Oversee invoicing of accounts with the finance team.
Supervise, manage, and recruit public relations team members as the business evolves and continues to grow.
