As a member of the ARcare Health Network and its 90,000 patients, Infinity's mission is to assist these patients throughout Arkansas with their medication needs, in turn helping ARcare fulfill its mission as a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
This is a work-from-home position.
Must live near the Northwest AR area.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:
00pm-10:
00pm and Saturday, either 7:
00am-4:
00pm or 8:
00am-5:
00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Initiating calls to patients and practitioners providing excellent customer service; Contacting patients concerning new prescriptions and refills; Ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner; Collecting required patient information and insurance details; Maintaining accurate patient logs, detailing conversations in the patient record.
SKILLS:
Bilingual Preferred; Excellent communication skills, must love to talk on the phone; Positive, upbeat personality; Caring, Patient-centered attitude; Dedicated to customer service; Prior experience in the medical field preferred; Knowledge or experience using medical terminology preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite preferred; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving; Must pass background and drug screening.
