Find prospects, get appointments, gain permission to ask questions about needs, then present solutions that cause prospects to buy.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages.
As a Junior Sales Rep, you will receive:
Base salary of $35,000
Commission (Junior Reps should make $50K to $75K the first year) 401K Plan with company match Health benefits Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Valuable experience Opportunity for agency ownership.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
