This open position is for the Workplace Investigations team.
Workplace Investigations (WI), as part of the broader Global Governance organization and the Global Investigations division.
You will be responsible for conducting U.
S.
based Ethics investigations for Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
Our role as a team of fact finders is to provide fact-based reports to Ethics so they can make appropriate decisions regarding the allegation and work with the business on next steps.
Candidate must currently live in Northwest Arkansas or within 100 miles of the following markets:
Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Orlando, FL, Phoenix, AZAs an Investigator with Workplace Investigations, you willWI Investigators are responsible for conducting thorough and timely investigations by developing an investigative strategy; identifying and interviewing relevant parties; witnessing interviews for other WI Investigators; identifying, sourcing and analyzing relevant data; and explaining investigative findings in the report of investigation.
WI Investigators are also responsible for identifying trends and business risks based on assigned investigations, escalating to appropriate leadership as needed.
Conduct investigations across multiple business segments, documenting case work in the Global Investigations Case Management system.
Develop investigative strategy; including use of Electronically Stored Information, Global Media Analytics and other data to support the investigation.
Conduct interviews of the reporter, direct and indirect witnesses and the subject(s) of the allegation.
Prepare a Report of Investigation documenting the findings, case details and identified process gaps (gaps in ways of working, policies, etc.
)Conduct thorough, timely investigations, often managing multiple cases at the same time.
Promote and support investigative protocol, company policies, procedures, mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity; ensuring compliance with them and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

2 years' investigative experience conducting harassment, discrimination or workplace violence investigations.
Wicklander - Zulawski & Associates Interview & Interrogation Certification.
Certified Fraud Investigator (CFI) Certification.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification.
