6K a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago JUNK Brands is looking for a general Marketing Coordinator Intern to help execute campaign and advertising across our varied marketing channels.
These include, but are not limited to:
Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, MNTN, X, Pinterest, and internal tools for project management including Asana, Pageproof, and Adobe CC.
The Marketing Coordinator is a general purpose marketing position that provides tactical marketing support for each of the channel owners in marketing across platforms and business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates marketing campaigns across brand and platform manager channels to ensure our websites, landing pages, email, sms, product data, and media channels are executed as intended.
Uses channel enterprise platforms in Meta, Google, Tiktok, Email, and others to execute planned campaigns, workflows, and sequences as directed by the platform or brand manager.
Ensures all social media content is developed, approved, scheduled, and posted as planned.
Holds others accountable to timelines and expectations of asset and content creation.
Works with partners across the business to coordinate content development across channels Observes, reviews, redirects, and responds as appropriate to community comments, activities, and news across our social platforms.
Handles comments in paid advertising across Facebook, IG, Twitter, Youtube, and Tiktok.
Mines social media for insights into trends, hashtags, and better practices as platforms evolve.
Engages athletes and partners to support the JUNK community and marketing initiatives.
Organize and participate in strategic social events and programs to build community brand awareness.
Consistently track and share the metrics and performance across all social channels as defined by the team.
Skills and Competencies Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
Competent use of Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Slides Can open, convert and use Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PPT (O365) Social media posting platforms (Hootsuite, Contentcal, others) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, while managing multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to work well in an open, collaborative team environment Excellent time management, multi-task oriented, organized, and keen sense of personal accountability.
Ability to set goals and execute under rigid deadlines Education & Qualifications Strong writing skills and ability to adhere to branding guidelines and direction for team members.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Degree preferred (but not required), experience required.
Some travel possible (10-20%) but not required.
Physical/Mental Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) 80% of the day and occasionally reach, bend, and move inside the office to access files and product.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks and operate other office machinery.
The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and external customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in a clear manner.
Ability to move 10-20 lbs occasionally throughout day.
Ability to hear a phone ring.
Must be able to visually differentiate colors.
