Clarissa Ogden Insurance Agency- Farmers Insurance in Bentonville, AR is seeking a highly motivated, caring, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
We are seeking an individual that can help our business grow through daily interactions with current clients and new business! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a self starter, and has excellent communication skills.
Insurance experience is not required as we will assist in onsite training and access to training resources.
This position can be Full-Time or Part-Time.
Responsibilities:
Help establish good customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt and friendly customer service by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk in business.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance policies, billing accounts, and additional insurance opportunities.
The ability to identify growth opportunities within our current clientele.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, particularly Windows.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Detailed oriented Motivated Career minded vision Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
