Your role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation across multiple projects, ensuring they are executed with the utmost precision and quality. Key
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in site work and utilities
- Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and HCSS Bid Software
- Proven experience as an estimator with an analytical mindset
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include reviewing upcoming project sites, interpreting specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and managing the RFI and submittal process. You'll also work closely with project engineers, maintain vendor relationships, and lead estimate reviews with our operations and management teams
