The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring corporate governance processes and procedures. Will develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. Direct legal support for business transactions and projects involving risk. Identify, assess and manage risk to the company. Manage financial resources and processes. Provide legal advice to the company. Provide overall direction the purpose of providing legal services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
