Assistant / Associate General Counsel
The candidate will provide advice and counsel to Home Office Health and Wellness and Corporate Compliance management in connection with third party payer billing and reimbursement, compliance matters, and third party payer relationships, including Government Program enrollment and participation, for pharmacy, optical and other Health and Wellness businesses. Develop and foster relationships as business partners with client. Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and network to maximize the achievement of business goals. Direct legal support for business transactions and projects involving risk. Identify, assess and manage risk to the company. Manage financial resources and processes. Provide legal advice to the company.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
