Walmart is seeking a health law attorney with transactional experience. Ideal candidate will have substantial, first chair experience in preparing transactional documents relating to a variety of complex and novel healthcare-related transactions and third party reimbursement arrangements, and will provide advice and counsel to Walmat and Sam's Club Health & Wellness divisions. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
oA strong regulatory background in state and federal anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, privacy and security and anti-trust laws.
oExcellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills, superior academics, the ability to manage multiple assignments and to produce top quality work with limited supervision.
oThe ability to appropriately triage a heavy work flow, setting appropriate priorities with clients and delivering results within the reasonable agreed timelines.
oThe ability to develop and foster relationships with the business.
oThe ability to develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
oThe ability to think creatively and devise solutions to challenging problems.
oThe ability to develop and advance a positive spirit of partnership and collaboration with internal clients, internal legal colleagues and outside counsel.
oThe ability to exercise mature and reliable judgment while enjoying the company's enthusiastic, informal and fast-paced environment.
Retail healthcare experience not required and candidates with healthcare transactional or regulatory backgrounds welcome.

Provides legal advice to the company
Provides overall direction the purpose of providing legal services
Minimum Qualifications;
9 years legal experience post-degree.
Law degree from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in at least one state.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year of supervisory experience.
5 years working as a lawyer in a corporate Legal department or law firm.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
