General Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the VP, Global Walmart and the Customer Vice President (CVP), Walmart. The Administrative Assistant will own all foundational administrative and basic office management duties.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be approachable, work well with people at all levels, and demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be proactive and possess the ability to assist, plan, coordinate, lead, and initiate action when appropriate. Must have the ability to multi-task with excellent execution. In addition, the ability to make tough decisions with compassion while remaining calm under pressure.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the end to end effective delivery and proactive management of administrative responsibilities, in support of the VP and CVP:

presentation, spreadsheet, and document development and maintenance,

calendar management

large meeting scheduling and logistics

travel arrangements (individual and group)

expense reporting

email and mail monitoring and direction

invoice generation and processing

internal and external interaction and communication

written communications

office supply orders

additional administrative duties, as needed
Job Complexity:

Advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong software skills for creating high volume of high quality documents, spreadsheets and presentations quickly, based on limited input from manager

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

Strong problem-solving, customer service and decision-making capabilities

Highly motivated, high-energy, business-oriented team player
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent

5+ years of administrative experience
Preferred qualifications:

CPG/Field Sales experience a plus

Experience working within a Corporate office desired

Experience multi-tasking in a fast paced office envirnomenet

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
