We're looking for Help Desk candidates who are able to perform hardware and software repair, point of sale, dispatching, and help desk. 2nd and 3rd shifts and may encompass weekends.

OVERVIEW
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
Works under immediate supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have minimum of 6 months of IT related experience or education
Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
Knowledge of commonly-used Tech Support concepts, practices, and procedures
Weekend positions available
POS experience a huge PLUS!
May require an Associate's Degree
