Vice PresidentOur client, a leading sales and marketing agency, has asked Mary Callender to assist them in finding a Vice President to add to their Bentonville, AR team!Position Overview:This Vice President will be responsible for managing the interface with customers to drive customer/client sales and to ensure that client objectives are met.This position requires a solid understanding of the grocery channel and consumer packaged goods space and a proven track record of leadership. It is responsible for achieving Profit and Loss targets and managing the business unit operations. It has overall responsibility for generating new business by closing white space among regional clients and by securing new regional clients within the Division.Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong customer relationships at the top level of the organization; establish a pattern of regular communication and business reviews to create "raving fans" of our customers. Organize business unit team to retain and grow all client relationships. Ensure that a plan is in place with each client to achieve client Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") to create "raving fans". Manage business unit resources to deliver EBITDA objective. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization Identify revenue opportunities and align business unit resources to gain those new revenue opportunities. Drive growth through the close co-operation and co-ordination of the Client Leadership Team (CLT) and the sales teams. Manage and lead staffing priorities so that workload balancing/utilization is maximized. Engage associates so that they are a part of the ongoing solution. Set and communicate clear expectations. Responsible for hiring, developing and retaining talent using company-wide processes, tools and resources.Requirements: 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience 10 years work experience in sales, consumer packaged goods, and/or food brokerage organization or equivalent 10 years successfully budgeting and forecasting, and managing client expectations either personally or through a team; P&L management a plus Experience in customer management, category management or equivalent - brand management a plus 5 years previous experience with managing direct reports Action-oriented and results-driven Ability to exude confidence with and gain trust of clients and internal business partners and staff; experience and comfort with executive/managerial level client interactions Skillfully and effectively engages, motivates, and leads others Inspiring presentation skills beneficial Strong people management skills; excels in accurately assessing talent pool and managing associate performance as appropriate to support current and future business needs Extensive understanding of the CPG industryIf you match the above profile, please apply online today!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
