The Regional Sales Manager, Arkansas/Tulsa, OK is responsible for the maintenance and growth of sales in their region, including hiring, training, and managing Sales Consultants. They will lead regional sales organization to the successful achievement of yearly and ongoing company sales goals and company mission statement, establish worthwhile professional development plans for each sales consultant in the Region, and analyze and interpret Regional business and take appropriate action. The individual will collaborate with Franchise Account leaders for key accounts in the Region, as well as support and direct Sales Consultants to the successful achievement of their annual territory business plans and company business objectives.
The incumbent will lead successful sales activities for all new product introductions, recruit, hire, develop and retain a professional and high achieving sales consultant for each territory in the Region, and identify and recommend territory expansion opportunities throughout the Region. They will maintain a clear competitive lead in quality of people serving our customers, support and ensure field compliance with all company sales policies & procedures and sales compensation plans, and ensure timely and accurate handling of all sales administration matters.
The successful candidate will ensure the success of all AO Regional Courses and other AO events throughout the year that are held in the Region, establish effective working relationships with surgeons and AO Faculty in Region, and manage business expenses in Region with fiscal responsibility. They will know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times, diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer, and promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities. The individual will also consistently enforce employee compliance, including attendance at training programs, and promptly report any non-compliance to the Chief Compliance Officer.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree (MBA) being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of proven sales/sales management achievement is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are required. Strong leadership skills and business acumen is required. A demonstrated ability to coach and develop field sales talent is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
