Disney Consumer Products is the business segment of The Walt Disney Company that extends the Disney brand to merchandise ranging from apparel, toys, home d cor and books to interactive games, movies, food, beverages, stationery and electronics.
Overall the Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing will have an increased responsibility for development and strategic direction for Walmart Inc US/Canada & Game Stop on all aspects of marketing while maintaining the current responsibility of execution. Will also include increased responsibility of financial decision-making, tracking and reconciliation as well as added responsibility for content deck development and presentation. Will aid in the development and training of other Retail Marketing team members.

Responsibilities
oStrategic leader for Walmart Inc. US and Canada & Game Stop
oResponsible for building and driving the marketing strategy, and ensuring it's executed all the way through the tactics, to achieve/support organizational objectives for market share, volume, revenue, operating income and brand awareness.
oResponsible for the marketing budget of the account and ensuring that the revenue goals are being achieved
oPrimary partners are Director Sales, creative team, franchise leads in licensing and Retail Brand Development
oCultivates and fosters strong working relationships with retailers marketing managers, visual merchandising managers and key agencies/suppliers to ensure execution of DCP programs.
oAbility to influence the account
oApplies financial acumen and analytical skills to build a successful strategy
oFiscal responsibility for assigned marketing programs
oManages complex marketing programs that cross multiple business segments, franchises and multiple marketing vehicles (in-store, online, social, PR)
oProven presentations skills with executive presence and leadership
oProven track record of developing and presenting a compelling marketing strategy and content presentation at a buyer/marketing manager level meeting
oReview & approves creative briefs
oWill manage 2 direct reports
oReports into Director of Marketing
oPosition based in Bentonville, AR

Qualifications
-Experienced decision maker and manager of marketing program planning and operations.
-5-10+ years of Retail Marketing experience and industry knowledge
-2+ years agency experience desirable
-3+ years of Walmart Inc and/or Disney experience desirable
-Fluent in Keynote a must
-Working knowledge of basic Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
