Overall the Retail Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the implementation and execution for the account on all aspects of marketing while focusing on execution. Will include the gathering of cost estimates & final invoices related to P&P, tracking and reconciliation. Will rely on Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing for development and training.

Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for implementing innovative marketing programs or projects by partnering with Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing, to achieve/support organizational objectives for market share, volume, revenue, operating income and brand awareness.
- Provides retail marketing coordination of tactical elements, promotional execution and maintenance of DCP brands to meet or exceed revenue targets, growth objectives and other brand initiatives.
- Under the guidance of Sr. Manager Retail Marketing understands strategic new promotional opportunities across all categories/departments at Walmart, Sam? Club and GameStop.
- Guides tactical execution of DCP programs with the core strengths and needs of retailers to maximize business ensuring all deadlines and brand guidelines are met and creative consistency throughout all program elements.
- Solicits cost estimates for best pricing on all marketing elements ensuring all quality guidelines are met and submits to Sr. Manager for approval.
- Strong working relationships with retailer marketing managers, visual merchandising managers and key agencies/suppliers to ensure execution of DCP programs.
- Consolidates promotional performance and makes presentation to Director & Sr. Manager Retail Marketing for consideration in the development of growth objectives that are aligned with DCP initiatives.
- Writes & submits creative briefs for review.
- Under guidance of Sr. Manager represents retailer point of view in internal meetings to educate and highlight program executional objectives.
- Acts as Brand Ambassador ensuring all program elements meet approvals & brand guidelines.
- Along side of the Sr. Manager participates in team-oriented relationships with other key business units and partners (LOB category and other segments).
- Seeks out knowledge of competitive retailer program execution, brings findings back to the team.
- Reports to Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing.
- Position resides in Bentonville, AR
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of marketing program planning and operations.
- 2+ years of Retail Marketing experience and industry knowledge
- 2+ years agency experience desirable
- 1+ years of Walmart and/or Disney experience desirable
- Working knowledge of Keynote
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
