The Problem Manager works closely with the business and technical teams, is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, and writes business and functional requirements documents. Understands business and ensures effective communications between business and technology players.
Responsibilities include performing feasibility analysis, defining project scope, and working with the team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate project functionality and priorities. The position requires the understanding of the development processes and is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues. Must have ITIL Foundation but would prefer candidate to be certified.
Position will have the option to work remotely from anywhere in Northwest Arkansas but s/he is required to work in the Bentonville office a couple of times a week.
Responsibilities
Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and negotiate project functionality, and priorities. Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology SQL knowledge preferred Advanced Excel skills required 3+ years of experience working with data analysis and trends 3+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst 3+ years of customer interfacing experience project oversight, customer presentation Must have Advanced Excel skills Ability to drive calls, present to clients and be proactive Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Previous large retail experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
