Summary:
Main Purpose of Job: Responsible for accelerating profitable sales volume, sustainable real internal growth, brand share, new item speed to shelf, share of shelf, and actionable merchandising solutions with Walmart that align with the Nestle Nutrition go-to-market strategies. These key initiatives will be realized through customer sales analys that identify specific sales trend opportunities, progression tracking of performance to established targets, and solution development to brand/category challenges.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Analyze and Report customer shipment/consumption trends by business unit for week, month, YTD, and Annual Sales vs. Target. Ownership of daily reporting to Field Sales and Internal Stakeholder Distribution list.
Help identify causal factors for shipments/consumption trends with supporting rationale.
Develop opportunity solutions with supporting rationale to accelerate the NNS growth of each division.
Assist with developing selling presentations and innovation/renovation launch materials
Assist with Walmart JBP analysis and reporting
Key Competencies and Skills

Action oriented solution developer
Knowledge of shipment reporting metrics such as GPS, NNS, forecasting, targets.
Ability to organize information into meaningful insight with solution recommendations.
Strong communication/presentation skills
Requirements
College Degree Required.
2
years of CPG industry experience in analytics.
Profiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc).
Experience with SAP-based shipment reporting software.
Experience with syndicated dates sources such as AC Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, Panel Data, etc.
Retail Sales Experience.
Experience with Space Management software is a plus.
