We are currently seeking a Director, National Accounts to join our Home Electronics team.
National Directors are responsible for the team of Account Managers and staff responsible for all national consumer home appliance sales and related business activities in and around the region, as well as maintains responsibility for his/her own territory.
The primary objective of this position is to achieve national business goals (revenue, market share, profit) by actively participating in developing an effective business plan and by executing the sales side of the plan.
This position will be based in Bentoville, AR.
Work with Home Electronics Leadership and Account Team to develop an effective account business plan and achieve account business goals.
Produce business proposals, negotiate, and obtain orders from carrier customers in line with account business plan.
Maintain accurate volume forecasting to ensure adequate order fulfillment and minimize bad inventory. Eliminate bad inventories.
Serve as primary contact point for purchasing and marketing functions of the carrier customer's headquarters. Oversee all aspects of company's interaction with carrier customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage head of national sales manager team to ensure all national field activities are aligned with account business plan (product launch, promotion etc.). Facilitate access to resources, participate in sales campaigns, and enable subordinates' contribution to sales strategy.
Supervise training of sales personnel in Account Business Team, such as: hiring, goal setting, performance evaluation, and compensation and assignment.
Develop Strategies and Tactics to grow customer business
Execute sales strategy and monitor customer performance
o Educate customer on LG Brand and products
Communicates internally and provides appropriate feedback from customer
Maintains brand and product knowledge
Manages schedule and handles administrative tasks
The National Director is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the region to which he/she is assigned.
The National Director will have assigned direct reports.
The National Director carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The National Director must have and demonstrate solid business acumen and thought leadership in the following areas: sales, marketing, operations, finance, account P&L for LG products.
The National Director must have the ability to:
o read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
o write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
o effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
o calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
o solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
The National Director must have excellent customer relational skills, both at the National level and internally at LG.
BA/BS degree, MBA desirable.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience in consumer electronics national account sales or similar field selling retail accounts with at least 2 years managing others.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
