The primary purpose of the position is to coordinates, completes and oversees job related activities and assignments for human resource (HR) initiatives. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. Direct talent programs and drives change and leads transformative initiatives and strategies. Oversee financial performance analyses. Provide overall direction for talent development. Translate strategy into elements or functional areas of talent.
Requirements
Required 6 years of supervisory experience, including 4 years supervising managers. Bachelor degree with 5 years experience in human resources, talent development or related field or 8 years experience in human resources, talent development or related field. Six Sigma green belt preferred.
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Masters Degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
