Resident Support Account Manager

Location: Bentonville, AR (will pay relocation. Does not include buying or selling an existing home).
This person will support a very large client at their Corporate Headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Competency areas important for this role:
Technical - knowledge and experience with McAfee enterprise products; ePO, VSE, HIPS, etc. (2-3 enterprise products is acceptable. Should be very strong in those and have the capability to broaden their knowledge in others). Strong knowledge of data security hardware, software, and management platforms with an understanding and emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration, and maintenance of client/server operations is desired. Experience managing technical projects.
Customer Advocacy - Manage customer issues daily with emphasis on progressing cases towards resolution and having appropriate resources involved. Provide customer with proactive communication regarding program information, supportability issues and strategic product plans. Demonstrate ability to navigate through political situations for the most effective outcomes.
Business Advocacy - Ensure internal and customer service level agreements are met for all issues. Maintain technical competency level of security products deployed to clearly understand customer issues and to facilitate effective resolution.
Ability to collaborate with different teams within the company and customer's business. Ability to influence at a high level; above average communicator.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
