Kripsy Kreme is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to be part of their team in the Bentonville, AR store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistant General Manager provides support for the General Manager by:
Serving as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
Building, supervising and mentoring a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and measurement
Ensuring all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards
Directing and managing store sales efforts
Working with the General Manager to achieve business plan objectives and profitability goals
Understanding and implementing procedures to maximize efficiencies and control variances
Understanding and implementing store quality control procedures
Coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labor hours
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and assessing any production or equipment problems
Demonstrating safety consciousness and promoting store safety
Maintaining a high level of store and equipment sanitation, maintenance and cleanliness
Assisting the General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and dispute resolution
Communicating, modeling and enforcing store policies, standards, and practices
Assisting General Manager in completing and managing income and expense budgets, including accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss, and counting and depositing revenues
Assisting General Manager in completing required corporate reporting documentation, both financial and operational
Managing company resources responsibly including inventory control
Protecting Company assets
Implementing efficiently and effectively directives from store, corporate, and divisional management
Interfacing with corporate office personnel
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ideal candidate will have interest in obtaining the skills toward becoming a General Manager
Demonstrated prior success in sales, management, production, and/or customer service
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Enthusiastic person with pleasant personality and EXCELLENT customer service skills
Self-motivated individual
Adaptable which includes willingness to work all shifts
Excellent prior attendance record. Dependable!
Basic computer, telephone, and fax knowledge
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
