Position Description
o Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
o Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns
o Implement the business plan for area of responsibility
o Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility
o Manage financial aspects as assigned and/or in area of responsibility
o Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility
o Oversees the department's effective execution of bindery and finishing operations
o Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility across multiple shifts
Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management, Graphic Arts) OR Associate's Degree in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Graphic Arts); and 1 year experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics supervisor or manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 3 years experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employeesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
