The Business Analyst is responsible for having a deep understanding to Rockfish current and future development initiatives and processes. This role is responsible for facilitating the development of artifacts needed to support quality project estimations and delivery. The BA will work with the client, project management, technical managers, Creative, User Experience and the quality team to develop accurate Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Technical Requirements Documentation (TRD). The BA will have proven decision-making capabilities to ensure project completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop business process models and documentation
Effectively communicate and document business and technology information in line with agreed processes and procedures
Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts
Work with Quality Assurance team to define test cases and acceptance criteria as related to business requirements
Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance
Act as liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications
Document project functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows (BRD/PRD development)
Translate business requirements into appropriate technical approach
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management
Requirements:
BABOK certification preferred
Ability to present to internal team and client
Understanding ofEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
