Automotive Service Manager

Qualification Requirements:
o Education: No degree required.
o
Experience: Minimum 2
years' experience preferred with car dealerships a plus
o Any automotive certification is a plus
o Must have a current driver's license
o Must be dependable, highly motivated, and able to meet demands of the position
o Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to reach company goals
o Ability to effectively communicate, be a functional resource to others, and work well with others.
o Superior customer service skills are required
o Must adhere to safety procedures
o Reliable, self-motivated, honest, punctual, professional and flexible attitude
o Strong communication and customer engagement skills
o Strong ability to juggle multiple things at once and get the work done, either by delegation or doing the work themselves

Basic Functions:
Superior Automotive Group seeks a qualified candidates for the Automotive Service Manager positions available at our NWA and Central Arkansas to support our growing business needs. A successful candidate must have superior customer service skills, excellent work ethic, motivated to be successful and team centric. As a Service Manager for Superior, you are the person the customers look to for resolution of their problems or answering their questions. You are the person the customer sees as they make a decision to invest in their vehicle and establish a long-term relationship with the company. A successful candidate will have superior ability to manage the Service Department, increase sales, ensure CSI scores are maintained, and service is delivered. This position reports to the Fixed Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
o Inspect, maintain and organize all service areas in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws
o Ensure full compliance with manufacturer polices, warranties, procedures and guidelines
o Manage the administration of all warranty, receivables and service contracts
o Ensure a safe and professional work environment for associates and customers
o Ensure exemplary customer service levels are executed and maintained in a timely and consistent manner commensurate with CSI (Customer Service Index) standards
o Able to work in a dynamic, multi-task environment with high pressure demands on service
o Evaluate the cost of maintenance; review proposed solutions to assist the customer with their needs
o Ensure the facility, service area, and customer trafficked areas are well maintained and suitable for the dealership
o Address customer complaints and resolve all problems, escalate if necessary to the GM
o Establish an atmosphere of integrity, trust and respect
o Maintain profit and sales margins based on business plan for the dealership
o Other tasks as assigned
Physical Skills:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently; require sitting for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity required. Strong ability to communicate. Punctuality is a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
