The individual will achieve financial results for complex based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality, seasonality or number of items in all merchandise categories. Create and authorize forecast parameters and modifications within complex merchandise categories. The candidate will demonstrate up to date expertise and applies this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans. Direct and optimize supply chain execution. The incumbent is responsible to provide training and educate suppliers, peers and other business partners on inventory management practices. Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions. Validate the placement of orders to merchandise, store supplies, components and other departments. Replenishment manager is also responsible to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
This position required minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, supply chain, merchandising or related field. Completion of replenishment leadership program (RLP) will give extra preference. 1 year of experience working on a cross functional team with retail link is preferred. Applicant should have knowledge or 2 years of experience using intermediate functionality of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (example: word, excel and powerpoint).
Education
Bachelor degree in supply chain, engineering or business related field.
