Senior Cloud Engineering Coordinator

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience.

Basic Job Function
The Oracle Cloud is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for keyindividuals to strengthen our operation as we continue to scale out our operation;the Cloud EC coordinator is a key role supporting this activity. The Cloud EC coordinator will work with HWEngineering, Operations, and Cloud engineering teams to develop and managerapid product releases, coordinate documentation from various teams around theglobe, and assist in the other aspects of the day to day business.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Will work with the operations and Cloud development teams to plan and executeactivities that allow products to be effectively released on schedule.
Create and sustain BOM's (Bill of Materials) for multipleconfigurations of systems. This willinclude configurations at the server, engineered rack, capacity pool, andservice SKU level
Create, manage, and process Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer ChangeOrders and Deviations
Create and manage manufacturing parts and attribution; manage largequantities of corporate data collected from Cloud development teams, operationsteams, and hardware design teams.
Partner with Cloud development, supply chain, and hardware developmentteams to create an efficient process to lead a cross functional ChangeManagement teams in a fast pace environment. Developing, defining, evaluating, and prioritizingchange requests prior to implementation at the manufacturing and Cloud capacitypool levels.
Communicates release and change status to extended product teams
Communicates major milestones or issues which significantly affect theprogram to the extended product team
Work with operations engineering and clouddevelopment teams to create, validate, and maintain supporting product documentationsuch as cabling diagrams and rack elevation maps.
Accountable for setting own task objectives.Accurately estimates time, resources, and level of effort required for tasks.
Acts as mentor to other coordinators and cross-functional product team members
Represent all coordination groups to resolve process issues
Develops training material or job aids
Viewed as a leader outside of core coordination group
College degree or equivalent and 3 years directly related product releasemanagement experience.
The Cloud Engineering Coordinator is an expert in configuration management,BOM structuring, and has sound knowledge of Product Life-cycle Management (PLM)processes and tools such as AGILE.
Ability to learn a variety of data management tools.
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment working on multipleproducts with multiple teams concurrently.
Ability to recognize, and communicate project risk.
Need excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able to effectively manage large quantities of data collected from cross-functionalteam members (Engineering, Operations, Services, Product Mgmt, CloudDevelopment, etc).
