IT Manager

Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle technology.
Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership skills. Detailed knowledge of several applications within a business area needed. BA/BS degree and relevant experience.

The Operations Project Manager will report into the Operations Program Manager and will be responsible for:
Manage, coordinate and develop activities related to Operations Project Management such as planning, kick off, management, tracking and closure of Operations projects. The primary focus will be on short to medium term Operation projects that have dependency on multiple external and internal parties
Manage customer facing project milestones, deliverables and communication
Utilize Operation information systems and update them regularly. Effectively use project management tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc)
Assist and support Program Manager in operations program management cycles
Operations Vendor Lifecycle and Inventory
o Manage Operations Inventory of Data Center and Carrier Vendors
o Place and track orders to completion keeping track of dependent projects
o Track and report on contract and billing data
o Coordinate with internal teams to schedule the completion of project milestones
Provides cross-functional coordination and team communications
Provide management level visibility and reporting on project status and risk
Assist in ISO 270001 certification process
Serve as point of contact for project associated status and information
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or Business
Proven working experience in project management in the Information Technology industry
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
PMP certification is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
