Sr. Manager Strategy and PMO - Global Systems & Analytics

Position Description
Manages the development and execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders (for example,
Information Systems Division, domestic and international leadership, merchandising) to determine needed capabilities to support global business
strategies; evaluating existing systems capabilities and identifying strategic gaps; determining systems solutions that are sustainable across domestic
and international markets; developing project plans based on business needs; determining timelines, budget requirements, and allocating resources;
leading the vendor management process; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (for example, confidentiality, compliance
reporting); working with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project strategy and results; driving projects to completion; and presenting results
to leadership.
Leads the execution of system strategies and solutions by leading and conducting solution testing before implementation; preparing and maintaining
project risk assessments; creating contingency plans for solutions; managing cross-functional dependencies; adapting strategies to competing
demands and organizational changes; analyzing industry standards and identifying industry trends in systems; building relationships with key
stakeholders to ensure strategic solutions meet their needs; and communicating strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
Develops, manages, and evaluates systems to drive departmental strategies by working with business partners to interpret project goals; developing
systems strategies and recommendations to meet business needs; gathering system requirements across domestic and international markets;
determining and managing additional system requirements needed to support business needs; identifying areas of opportunities across markets;
providing visibility to information through systems and tools; and presenting recommendations to key stakeholders.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business proces
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2
years' experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management, IT based project management, or related field OR 4 years' experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management, IT based project management, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Master's degree in Business, Arts, Science or related field or Juris Doctor
2 years' experience developing, reviewing, and editing communications for professionalism (for example, grammatically correct, spelling, branding) and organization
2 year of supervisory experience
2 years' experience managing multiple projects
1 year experience presenting to an executive-level audience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
