SMB Sales Representative III

An senior-level sales position targeting small-to-medium sized businesses. The SMB Sales Rep works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company s products and/or related services.
Qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Consult and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions. Research and analyze sales options, and close deals.
Duties and tasks are varied and are complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. 5 years of related experience. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects.

Create lasting relationships with customers in the restaurant industry as the key to developing trust and maximizing sales opportunities. Understand operator s challenges, demonstrate and articulate meaningful technology solutions that impact the bottom line of each restaurant.
This mid-level sales position targets small-to-medium sized restaurant and food & beverage businesses. The SMB Sales Rep works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Consult and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions. Understand restaurant operator s challenges, demonstrate and articulate meaningful technology solutions that impact the bottom line of each restaurant. Prepare detailed proposals of those solutions that include hardware, software, and services. Work with other team members in Pre-sales, Implementation and Customer Support to deliver the vision of the customer s requirements and close deals.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Works under general supervision. 2 years of related sales experience, representing a technology solution. Ability to communicate effectively with high level decision makers. Ability to work independently. Bachelors Degree and restaurant industry experience highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of 2 years related restaurant industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and B2B sales experience. Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Operational experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry given strong consideration. Must have strong consultative selling, listening, and writing skills. Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact & value/ROI of products and services. Comprehensive knowledge of how products and services can positively impact organizations' operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
