Position Overview
We are currently searching for a Program Sales Coordinator with the ability to manage complexity, build relationships, and deliver results in a customer-facing role. Reporting to the Account Manager, this high profile, high impact position will serve as a critical member of the account team, focused on delivering results through solutions based project management. Within the first 6-12 months this individual would be expected to gain a thorough comprehension of the needs of the customer as well as a complete understanding of the value that NVISION? brings to the partnership. Interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to be both analytical and consultative in nature are essential core competencies. While focusing on project management and analytics this individual will be responsible for developing customer relationships and creating opportunities to drive revenue through a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities Include
Manage day to day projects focused on over delivering on customer requirements.
Ability to shape customer's expectations properly and communicate effectively.
Acquire expertise on NVSION system offerings and technology platforms.
Learn and eventually advise/consult on cost savings opportunities, program enhancements, process efficiencies through a consultative analytical approach.
Establish and report metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify program status.
Demonstrate expertise in Strategic Supply Chain Management and educates the customer on NVISION's value and service offerings.
Proactively addresses issues in a timely and professional manner. Solves problems and escalates issues or opportunities when appropriate and/or warranted.
Oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
Understands and advises on supply chain efficiencies: warehouse, logistics, manufacturing.
Coordinates business reviews, builds presentation and presents to key customers.
The ideal candidate will have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
Strong analytical skills and expert knowledge of all MS Office programs.
Ability to effectively prioritize, lead and project manage in a dynamic, fast paced corporate setting.
Ability to effectively build relationships, take quick, decisive action, and be assertive when necessary.
Experience in cross-functional and indirect leadership roles is essential.
Exceptional, persuasive verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to be a strong listener.
A self-starter who proactively seeks out new opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Customer focus; highest attention to detail; intellectual curiosity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
