AGILE (Expert) Project Manager - ISD

As a RTE / Orchestrator, you'll engage with teams, leading the charge in delivering product features within an Agile environment. You'll be the connecting point between strategists and technologists, working fluidly between the two in order to move a strategic initiative from concept to reality. Using a combination of strategic thinking, attention to detail and a your growing knowledge of Agile methodologies, the RTE/ Orchestrator helps WalMart Technology help lead transformational change and deliver measurable value to our customers. This hands-on role will require effective change management, active problem solving and the ability to present your solutions to the right teams for effective implementation. Sound like you? You'll lead efforts in an agile environment large complex Product teams or multiple medium sized Product teams delivering business capabilities
You'll lead PI Planning sessions, remove road blocks for the Scrum Masters and the teams, build effective relationships and hold yourself and your team accountable for delivering
You'll ensure other scrum masters, RTE's and Orchestrators are growing in their agile/scrum understanding
You'll identify and provide training for the larger organization
You'll relentlessly drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and change management
You'll identify areas which have not transitioned to agile and coach the area through the transformation
You'll demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning and help others to do the same
You'll provide input and ideas to improve delivery and provide guidance to others to do the same
You'll understand, measure and communicate delivery utilizing metrics such as velocity, burn-down, capacity, defect leakage and other relevant data points
You'll give presentations to teams of people, translating technical terminology into everyday language
You'll transform complex ideas, conversations and projects into simple, understandable, and executable tasks that deliver on a vision #strategicservices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 5 years experience in information technology or related field
within the past 10 years OR 7 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 3 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10
years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
7 years experience managing large projects with a multi-million dollar budget.
5 years managing cross-functional teams providing support through the project lifecycle.
5 years experience managing multiple methodologies (for example, waterfall, agile, iterative, RAD).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
