Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. So, proof of strategicanalytic skills, excellent communication, presentation creation and writingskills will be necessary. The abilityand desire to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization, persuadingpeople with your passion is essential.
Position responsibilities include but are notlimited to:
Develop clear and differentiated messages and value proposition
Create global go-to-market plans across multiple teams and regions
Work with Sales and Partners to drive market adoption
Direct marketing launch activities for upcoming releases, including designing new collateral, marshalling resources and providing leadership
Build clear and differentiated value propositions for customer segments
Support strategic sales engagements
Raise product awareness through various community networks
Support global sales teams with new products and unique situations
Analyze competitive products as well as market trends and technologies
Train sales teams on unique messaging and solution delivery options
Desired Industry Background:
Experience should include a strong supplychain background. Familiarity with clouddeployments, big data, the internet of things, and other modern trends isessential to success. Qualifiedapplicants will also have a strong knowledge of ERP systems and applicableexperience.

Critical Skills Needed for the Position:
Messaging and Positioning Skills: Create modern, unique, anddifferentiated messaging for your product area. Communicate that messaging to all market channels including,sales training, webinars, social media, and briefings.

Powerful Writing: As a team member, you will be asked to create select,high-impact communications and collateral for the field. These includeexecutive blogs, high-level web pages and brochures, as well as presentations.Strong writing skills, with an emphasis on telling a clear story, are a must. You ll need to be experienced andgifted in succinctly describing the business value of products and solutions.
Presentation Skills: In this role, you will present in front of both large and smallgroups. You should be accomplished andcomfortable as a speaker. You should be able to demonstrate aptitude forleading an interactive working group, as well as delivering scriptedpresentations.

Sales/ Sales Training Skills: You will develop and deliver a varietyof sales tools. In some cases, you will develop the messaging and thecollateral will be created by others. In other cases, you will turn the messageinto collateral. Therefore, experience in sales, developing collateral, orsales training is desirable.
Cross-Functional Management and Influencing Skills: As the interface point between Sales,Product Strategy, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and FieldMarketing. the successful candidate willdemonstrate the ability to get people in other functions to make timelycontributions.

Research Skills: You will often need to find facts on your product, industry, orcustomer base and will need to leverage internal and external sources for thispurpose.
Multi-Tasking and Organization Skills: Because you ll be responsible forshaping messaging for many different industries and products, you will have manyactivities going on simultaneously. Theability to be organized and keep diverse activities moving forward is essential.

Interpersonal Skills: One of the unique aspects of this role is that you will interfacewith all kinds of people at many different levels. As such, you ll need superior interpersonalskills to be successful.
Computer Skills: In this role, you ll be primarily using PowerPoint, Excel, Word,and Outlook. You should be proficientwith each of these applications. Skill in graphics or web design is a significantplus.
_Preferred Qualifications_

Years of Experience: 15 years of supply chain and/or ERP experience,ideally to include marketing, selling, development, and/or management of SupplyChain and ERP related solutions.

Education: B.S. / B.A. and MBA preferred. Life experiences that have provided similargrounding in marketing are also appropriate.
Travel Component: Med (20 40%)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
