Sales Effectiveness & Strategy Director - Cloud HCM

Responsible for driving sales effectiveness through development and execution of clearly articulated communication and training plans, content/sales messaging, processes and tools to enable the overall sales productivity of the sales team in achieving Oracle's short term and long term revenue goals. Responsible for messaging, value proposition, market and customer analysis, thought leadership and product evangelism for product line(s).
Leads business support on our most strategic deals, including helping to prep and lead client pitches, workshops, and oral RFP presentations, as well as developing business cases, prices, and proposals. Develop reporting best practices that provide improved business insights into marketing spend performance, opportunity, velocity, etc. Manage the sales activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet objectives. Monitor the development of business plans and business results and adjust as needed. Develop and track field sales plays and integrated campaigns. Design GTM content for sales including use cases, detailed personas, key themes, customer lifecycle messaging, differentiated value propositions and ROI, field communications and sales effectiveness readiness in partnership with other product marketing managers, product management and field sales teams. Design, develop and deploy tools, processes and collateral to help sales understand Oracle versus competitor s offerings. Develop and deliver presentations about Oracle s differentiated strategy and offerings to customers in-person as well as remotely. Align closely with Sales Leadership, gaining full support of programs and processes in achieving revenue goals, both long and short term. Solicit feedback from regional field marketers on how marketing programs are landing in the field. Partner with the Sales Managers in implementing the right mix of marketing levers for the segment, including account analytics and opportunity identification. Collaborate between sales and marketing to continuously improve processes, tools, strategies to maintain and improve Oracle's competitive advantage in the market Identify new revenue growth opportunities, including account analysis for upsell and add-ons. Understand business performance metrics, bring customer and business insights, and drive for opportunity acceleration. Leverage business intelligence tools to drive the opportunity analysis for the Product line(s) across marketing and field sales. Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the market. Provide business insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Act as a technical expert for specific product(s) including public speaking.

Singular focus on improving sales productivity, growth and effectiveness by more effectively helping the sales force identify and convert sales opportunities for the Oracle Cloud business. Accountable for driving high-quality quantitative and qualitative analytics for long range planning and other major initiatives. Successful deployment of tools, processes, and collateral to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Continuously improve content adoption metrics and sales effectiveness best practices. Leads the development of defining the messaging, positioning,_competitive differentiation_and GTM strategy for product(s) or product line(s). Drive GTM and sales effectiveness activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. BA/BS/MBA degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
