NA Alliances Director: Life Sciences

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilities the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase pentration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Oracle s HSGBU Alliance & Channels team is hiring a NA Director of Alliances. This position is an opportunity for a highly talented sales development individual to play a key role in defining the Go To Market/Sales pursuit plan for our NA Partner Ecosystem. The NA Director of Alliances will support business critical projects and global initiatives that provide industry-focused and tailored solutions for proven markets with targeted engineered sales plays.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing, building and executing NA GTM Partner strategy that align with and support the HSGBU s business goals and objectives
Evaluating the economic and strategic cost and benefit of specific partnerships and working with cross line of business leaders to execute on the relationship(s)
Facilitating the development of strategic marketing and new business plans to exceed assigned business goals
Working with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities, product and services launch campaigns, and targeted account selling strategies in existing and emerging markets
Providing leadership and expertise in the development of new joint solutions/Cloud services offerings/processes designed to open new markets, strengthen new and existing partnerships, and produce high growth sales results
Facilitating the accelerated customer adoption of differentiated industry service offerings designed to drive incremental licenses and services revenue
Reviewing, planning, and executing industry and product market plans that drive actionable insight into HSGBU Sales opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Diverse experience and understanding with Oracle s Life Sciences and Healthcare solution portfolio and how that will translate to differentiated client offerings to take to market.
Ability to drive change and significant business impact, even under challenging circumstances and timelines through business and technical prioritization.
Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial vision for aligning organizational goals into successful alliances strategy
Credible business partner when engaging at the highest levels
Requires strong sales, alliances and collaboration skills to effectively devise and execute the GTM plans.
Strong governance skills to ensure that HSGBU Sales timelines are achieved and client deliverables are met.
Strong analytical, sales development and marketing skills within the region and across LOB s.
Specific industry experience in the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare area(s).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
