Temporary - Specialist IV, Payment Coordinator, Global Shared Services

Position Description
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Compensation: $14.50/hour
Shift: Monday ? Friday 8:00am ? 5:00pm (Flexible hours available. Must work 40 hours per week.)
Processes payments for suppliers
Processes requests received from banks via email, reviews discrepancies and resolves exceptions
Answers emails and escalations
Communicates with business partners to find solutions
Contributing to compliance research as it relates to purchase orders not closing
Provides customer service
Supports document processing and data management
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience with Microsoft Excel (Sorting data, filtering data, and transferring data)
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Preferred: 1 year experience working with SAP and/or Teamworks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
