Senior Manager II- Voice, Video and Digital Signage Delivery

Position Description
The Voice & Video Manager will lead design, development, and deployment efforts for IP Voice and video service related to projects, including but not limited to SIP, IVR, Call Center, Voicemail, Web Conferencing, and video conferencing products. Responsible for and serves as an authority on all aspects of product portfolio's lifecycle including: concept, development, launch, customer experience, developing operating metrics, and enhancement priorities. Not expected to be the subject matter expert in the technology but to be able to lead a team of experts.
Responsible for the design, completion, of product development and launch projects and achievement of business objectives through planning, budgeting, resourcing, and monitoring accuracy of work, etc.
Serve as champion for product initiatives to obtain necessary cross-functional support and sponsorship. Directly and indirectly influences others to garner needed resources and support.
Exhibit leadership with respect to team interactions, business insights and product management.
Follow and research industry and customer trends in order provide inputs into ideation process.
Analyze customer, business and product performance metrics and interpret underlying drivers to translate into data-based recommendations.
Demonstrate strong technical and market knowledge of voice and video products and services.
Translate vision into clear and defined business requirements to drive functional specifications and technical requirements.
Drive the development of business cases which define the product value proposition to support product and services roadmap investments in collaboration with business partners.
Facilitate communication among executives, peers and relevant department and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of current product state and vision.
Assist in the creation and optimization of processes, practices and procedures to drive efficiencies.
Provide recommendations to management regarding facilities, personnel, and funds required to carry out product programs that are directly related with and directed towards fulfillment of overall organizational objectives.
Broad knowledge of SIP
Presentation skills, to create and deliver product presentations to groups of varying levels of technical understanding.
Provide project management leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in their support of product initiatives during planning and deployment.
Assist in the Management, review and allocation of budgeted and actual spending to for product development and deployment activities. Maintain financial and executive reporting. Define metrics to evaluate project team performance.
Develop and implement metrics and communication plans to document the progress of individual projects against key milestones.
Responsible for ensuring the successful global implementation of new services and service enhancements.
Assist with the development of 3rd party vendor requirements for new products.
Work with vendor partners to develop new products and product enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience supervising teams in both direct reporting and matrix structures.
3 years of contract and budget management experience (for example, procurement of services, hardware, cost center P&L management).
3 years experience managing large-scale global projects.
3 years experience managing vendor and supplier relationships.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
