Product Manager Demand Forecasting and Replenishment

Collaborates with business functional areas for Wal-Mart, Sam's and International to determine product release priorities
Develops and maintains product roadmaps for assigned functional area
Develops, maintains, and monitors capital, expense, and maintenance budget for assigned product portfolio
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Ensures resources are assigned to the right projects for the business
Manages the development of project artifacts for the initiation and requirements of phases
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides insights to guide the product roadmap
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field OR 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 4 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience leading strategic initiatives.
3 years experience managing vendor relationships.
5+ years Product Management Experience
7-10 years Supply Chain Experience, replenishment knowledge preferred
5+ years proven experience delivering product capabilities in an Agile fashion
Lead the balancing of feature aspirations with market needs, customer demands, and technical reality
Proven ability to translate complex customer technical issues to product requirements for interpretation by engineering teams
Manage expectations about the product road-map and priorities
Be a steward of the market as understand technical and business shifts as it relates to Supply Chain

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
