Senior Manager I-GSS Legal Entity

Position Description
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Drives the execution of standard processes and controls to protect company assets
Ensures business needs are being met
Implements Global Shared Services initiatives and process improvements in area of responsibility (for example, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger)
Oversees month-end closing activities, reconciliations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, and audit findings for assigned areas of responsibility
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Supports the financial performance of assigned business areas
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 4 years experience in accounting, finance, or related field OR 6 years experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
2 years supervisory experience
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
Project Management certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
